.OFFICIAL SITE. The "Lilibeth Houses" Charming & Lovely Views are located in the heart of the Baroque historical center of Scicli, but away from the city chaos. On one side, they overlook the characteristic village of Santa Maria la Nova with its church, and on the other side, the scenic "Cavuzza di San Guglielmo", a natural oasis immersed in the scent and essence of Sicily, with cobblestone alleys, caves, and prickly pears. A few steps from the houses, you can reach the central Via Mormino Penna and all other attractions of the city. The houses have been fully renovated with historical valuable furniture and objects, and they are equipped with all modern comforts while preserving the ancient rural Sicilian characteristics.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning (hot and cold), satellite TV, coffee machine with capsules, refrigerator, free WiFi, vintage Bluetooth radio, safe, washing machine, shower kit, towel and sheet set. Outside there is a veranda-patio with a garden table and chairs from which you can admire the characteristic view of houses embedded in the rock and in the green of the Sicilian scrubland, ideal for breakfast or to relax in the evening.

The studio apartment with mezzanine, independent, particularly and elegantly furnished, is as follows: Outside Veranda-patio with garden table and chairs from which you can admire the characteristic view of houses set in the rock and in the green of the Sicilian scrub, ideal for breakfast or to relax in the evening on a deckchair. Ground floor: living room / kitchen with French double sofa bed, complete bathroom with shower. Mezzanine: with characteristic wooden ceiling and floor, with double bed and carefully restored traditional Sicilian furnishings. (cot on request) The house has: equipped kitchen, air conditioning (hot and cold), 32 "satellite LED TV, fridge, free WiFi, vintage radio, books, safe, washing machine, shower kit, set of towels and sheets. A few minutes by car are the bathing beaches of Sampieri, Cava D'Aliga, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa, Marina di Modica, a few kilometers away the other baroque cities: Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Syracuse etc ...

I am a proud Sicilian. Sicily is part of my identity and I am part of hers. Together with my partner, we love to travel and discover new cultures and realities. My little Cavalier King is my right-hand man and follows me wherever I go. The houses are "traffic free" or rather on a pedestrian only area and can be reached on foot (about 50 meters) by parking in via Dolomiti, or at the end of via S. Guglielmo next to the iron bridge (few places). person to welcome you.
From there you can visit the entire historic center and take advantage of many restaurant services, 300 meters from the house there is a minimarket (Punto Market).
A few minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the Sciclitano coast and the most beautiful destinations in the Val di Noto (Modica, Ragusa, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide...).
The area is served by two important airports: Catania and Comiso.
